Fill out the enrolment form with your child's details and choose your preferred assessment date.
Pay Assessment Fee
Secure your space by transferring the assessment fee to our bank account. Your space is confirmed upon payment.
Sit Assessment
Attend your scheduled assessment on the selected Sunday. Our tutors will evaluate your child's baseline abilities.

📍 What locations are available?
We run assessments at Warrington, Liverpool, Sheffield, Coventry, Manchester, and can arrange assessments for the Rest of UK with flexible scheduling.
💻 Do you offer online sessions?
Yes — we run online sessions for areas without a physical centre, or if your child isn't able to travel to one of our locations.
🗓️ When are assessments held?
Assessments are held on Sundays only. You can select from available dates when you complete the enrolment form.
💷 Is there a refund policy?
Assessment fees are non-refundable once your space is confirmed. However, you can reschedule to a different date at no extra cost.
📧 How will I receive my credentials?
Once payment is confirmed, we'll send your login details via WhatsApp. Gurukul IQ gives your child mock tests, homework, and practice tests to build on what they learn in Sunday sessions and track their progress at home.
🎯 What year groups do you support?
We support Year 3, Year 4, and Year 5 students, aligned to the UK National Curriculum, with a focus on 11+ entrance exams for Bluecoat Liverpool, the Manchester Consortium, and other popular grammar schools.
📅 When do new batches start?
New batches start Year 5: first week of September · Year 4: mid-September · Year 3: mid-October.
🧑🤝🧑 Do you offer 1-to-1 tutoring?
We currently offer group sessions only for 11+ preparation — no 1-to-1 tuition at this stage. Small-group teaching keeps sessions interactive, focused, and cost-effective.
